The School of Business at Western Sydney University is AACSB accredited and committed to producing graduates who are prepared for enterprise futures. The School of Business offers a Bachelor of Accounting, with majors in financial planning and taxation making it the only degree in the world that provides accreditation across accounting, financial planning and tax. The Bachelor of Accounting holds accreditation with CPA Australia, Chartered Accountants Australia & New Zealand (CAANZ), and the Institute of Public Accountants (IPA). With both majors, the degree is approved by Treasury as an approved financial planning course to register in Australia as a financial adviser and is accredited by the Tax Practitioners Board to register as a tax agent.
